Terms & Conditions
If you have any questions or concerns or require any clarification of the points below, please don't hesitate to contact us.
- All quotations are valid for 14 days.
- Eventful Hire will not consider a booking confirmed unless we have received full
pre-payment. - Hire period is 3 days; collection and return should be made Monday-Friday at a
pre-agreed time. Delivery and set up costs are quoted individually. - Payments should be made online with credit or debit card via Paypal. A specific invoice will be sent to you from Paypal detailing the amount required for your booking.
- The invoice should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.
- On collection/delivery of hired items a refundable deposit cheque for twice the hire value of the goods will be needed. This cheque will be destroyed on safe return of hired items. Cheques should be made payable to K.Chandler.
- The late return of items may mean that the deposit cheque may be cashed by Eventful Hire; this is at the discretion of the company owner.
- Cancellations - all bookings and payments are final and no refunds can be made unless hired items are no longer available in which case a full refund will be made.
- Damaged, broken or lost items will be charged at full replacement value.
- Original packaging of hired items should be returned with the items.
- No Warranties; I acknowledge that Eventful Hire (Kelly Chandler trading as Eventful Hire) shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the hired items, by an inadequacy of the hired items of any defect in the hired items, or by an incident in connection with the hired items.
- Indemnity. I shall indemnify Eventful Hire (Kelly Chandler trading as Eventful Hire) from and against any and all claims, demand, costs and judgment arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the operation, possession, or use of the hired items.
